Ingredients for Original & Truffle Flavour: Free range minced pork, monkfruit erythritol, olive oil, 5 spices, pepper, pink himalayan salt, fish sauce & gluten free tamari soy, (Black Truffle Oil).
Ingredients for Honey Glazed Flavour: Free range Australian pork, pure honey, olive oil, 5 spices, pepper, pink himalayan salt, fish sauce & gluten free tamari soy.

If you notice some white specks on the bak kwa, please do not worry. It is caused by the unique characteristics of monkfruit erythritol as it crystalizes quite easily. Gently reheating or warming up the bak kwa will soften the texture and melt the crystalized monkfruit erythritol sweetener.
