Shakka Shakshouka Sauce
Literally translated from Arabic as a haphazard mixture, this popular North African & Middle eastern classic is everything and deliciousness together.

Reheating Instructions: Empty contents into a pan and bring to boil. Add your desired ingredients of choice (goes really well with vegetables, noodles/pastas, eggs, beans, fish, or chicken) and simmer for about 2-3 mins before serving.
Egg Shakshuka Recipe: Crack 2-3 eggs into the bubbling sauce and allow it to poach for about 1-2mins (subjected to your preferred doneness of the eggs) Remove from heat about 10secs before as the egg will continue to cook for a bit more. Add chickpeas or sausage slices for extra flavour/protein oomph. Garnish with mint & coriander.
Baked Mediterranean Fish Recipe: Place deboned fish fillet into sauce. (Pat dry fish skin and place skin side up for crisp skin) Airfry/Bake in preheated oven at 200C for 10mins. Garnish with olives, lemon & parsley. Serve hot.
