Ingredients: Organic Eggs, Organic Coconut, Zucchini, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Walnuts, Monkfruit Erythritol, Psyllium Husk, Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Ceylon Cinnamon, Pure Vanilla, Aluminium & Starch free Baking Soda & Pink Himalayan Salt. 

Storage: Keep in a chiller for up to 5 days. Freeze for up to 6 months

Reheat: Thaw before savouring. Toast in a pan or pop in the oven or toaster at 160C for 5-8 mins or microwave on medium high for 1-2 mins
