Add chickpeas or sausage slices for extra flavour/protein oomph. Garnish with mint & coriander.
Baked Mediterranean Fish Recipe: Place deboned fish fillet into sauce. (Pat dry fish skin and place skin side up for crisp skin) Airfry/Bake in preheated oven at 200C for 10mins. Garnish with olives, lemon & parsley. Serve hot.
